OVERVIEW

Dynatron N7 copper heatsink. Designed for Intel FCLGA4189, Intel's Ice Lake or Cooper Lake architecture processors, to be used in a 1U rackmount solution. It fully supports CPU powered heat dissipation with at least 12 CFM airflow. It has pre-printed with Shin-Etsu 7762 thermal grease and has Intel's standard captive mounting sets for ease of installation.
