Order Processing & Lead Times

We do our utmost to process orders in a timely fashion. Systems and barebone kits are built-to-order and generally require 2-3 business days to ship. Component orders generally require 1-2 business days to ship. For expedited processing, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Information

For US domestic orders, we accept all major Credit Cards1 and PayPal. To avoid any delays in processing or fulfillment, please make sure address information is up-to-date when completing payment. The information provided for placing an order will only be used for processing and completion of your order. We do not sell, distribute or share your information with any 3rd parties for any reason.

Shipping Services

Orders ship out of California and shipping services are provided by USPS and FedEx. For date-definitive shipping service, please opt for FedEx; USPS will only provide estimated delivery transit times. For urgent orders and overnight shipping, please contact us so that we may assist you.

Credit and Debit Card Authorization

A Credit (or Debit) Card authorization will put a hold, in the amount to be charged, on the credit account used for payment. Warranty & Returns

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All merchandise returned to MITXPC must have return authorization and an active Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected and cannot be processed. Please apply for an RMA number for all returns: Warranty Support Page.

1-Year Hardware Warranty

All barebone kits and systems (assembled by MITXPC) include a 1-year limited warranty. Damages due to abuse, misuse and customer-induced damages will void warranty. Warranty servicing includes diagnostics and service work (repair, replacement and substituion as required).

Manufacturer Warranties

Most computer hardware components (e.g., motherboards, memory, drives, etc) include manufacturer warranties. We can assist you managing manufacturer warranties for components that include manufacturer warranties. Visit our Warranty Support Page.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund within 14-days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees will not be refunded or reimbursed. Returned merchandise must be received in the same original condition with all original accessories and components. Returned merchandise may be subject to restocking fees and damaged merchandise will not be accepted.

Software Returns

Software, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Software installation fees will not be refunded. No exceptions.

Restocking Fees

Used and opened components will incur a 10% restocking fee. Assembled (by MITXPC) barebone kits and systems will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Support

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
